General Information

East Asia Mart, business ID 2156076-0, operates as the seller of e-commerce products. We deliver products to Finland, the Baltic countries, and Nordic countries. All listed product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to make changes to prices and shipping costs.

Ordering

Orders can be placed primarily online via www.east-asia-mart.eu using the shopping cart. An order confirmation, including the total price, delivery costs, and ordered items, will be sent by email. Providing a valid email address is required for order confirmation.

If a selected item is out of stock, we will contact the customer to offer a replacement or a refund.

Minimum order amounts vary depending on the chosen shipping method.

Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, an email confirmation will be sent, detailing the ordered products and the total cost.

Payments for orders placed via the shopping cart are processed immediately through:

Delivery Time

Orders are shipped on working days. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after payment, depending on bank processing times.

Delivery Methods and Fees

Customers can choose from the following delivery options:

  • Posti Postal Parcel (formerly SmartPost)
  • Posti Parcel Connect for Baltic and Nordic countries
  • Click & Collect: Pick up your order directly from our store.

Exchange and Return Policy

Customers have a 14-day right to return or exchange products under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. This policy applies only to unused products in their original packaging and in a marketable condition. Returns via Posti Parcel Point are free of charge.

Refunds are issued once returned items have been received and processed. Please note: failing to collect a parcel is not the same as returning it.

Claims for incorrect deliveries or defective products must be made within 14 days of receipt. If the package is damaged during delivery, please file a claim directly with the postal service immediately.
